Making the decision to access counselling can feel like a daunting step to take. You might be unsure about what it will be like, what it will involve, or how it will leave you feeling.

You might know why you are seeking counselling, or you may have a feeling that something just doesn’t feel quite right for you at the moment.
Whatever the reason, and whatever the feelings, all of this is ok.

WELCOME TO
Kelly Lockwood Counselling
Here at Kelly Lockwood Counselling, I believe in the power of human connection.
I want to provide an environment that feels safe, welcoming and nurturing. It is my aim to provide a space where you feel able to share your story, thoughts & feelings, whilst being listened to, heard, accepted, and understood.
I offer short- and long-term counselling, both online and in person, and use the person-centred approach.
Please feel free to look around my website, and if you have any questions or wish to discuss further, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
WHAT I OFFER
Person-centred Counselling
I offer short- and long-term counselling for adults (18+), both online and in person, with short-term typically consisting of 6-12 sessions, and long-term being 12+ sessions.

The modality of counselling that I practice is person-centred.

Person-centred counselling is a therapeutic approach that does as the name suggests – it focuses on you. You are at the centre of the process. You can bring whatever you wish to the sessions, and the pace is led by you.
